How It Started
It started with one hot dog and a dangerous amount of curiosity. Add a fridge full of condiments, a dash of rebellion, and zero restraint - and Wish Upon A Wiener™ was born.
Sometimes the only logical next step is sharing your wieners with the public.
Who We Are
We’re Mark & Brian, and we’ve done things. Things we probably shouldn’t be proud of. Like putting peanut butter and jelly on a hot dog. But we are proud - proud of that and proud to be partners for the last 25 years. We’ve been a part of Madison’s creative food scene since 2013, always chasing flavor, designing unique dining experiences, and finding new ways to feed our community.
Wish Upon A Wiener™ is our latest (and most public) adventure - a blend of everything we love: delicious food, interesting people, and this amazing city.
Where We’re Headed
The dream? A rolling temple of hot dog joy on four wheels - the Wish Upon A Wiener™ food truck. For now, it’s just the two of us, popping up, slinging wieners, testing flavors, and learning what makes people smile.
